Hospitality All-Rounder — Boutique Accommodation (School-Hours Role)
We're looking for a reliable, friendly and detail-focused person to help run our small boutique accommodation (6 units). This is a hands-on role where pride in presentation and great guest experiences really matter.
Hours: Generally 10:00am – 2:30pm (with some weekend work and occasional after-hours call-outs)
Location: Local applicants preferred
What you'll be doing
* Cleaning rooms to a high standard and presenting the property beautifully
* Greeting guests and providing warm, helpful service
* Checking guests in and out, and taking payments
* Ordering and managing linen
* Stocking stores and amenities (milk, beverages, toiletries, cleaning products etc.)
* Ordering supplies and managing deliveries
* Waste and recycling management (bins out, tidy waste areas)
* Keeping an eye on property condition and reporting issues to owners early
This role would suit
* Someone who loves cleaning, order, and attention to detail
* A parent who wants to work during school hours
* A person wanting to work part time hours only, with later start and early finish
* A practical, organised person who can work independently
* Someone local, flexible, and happy to help when guests need support
You'll bring
* A friendly, calm and professional manner with guests
* Reliability and pride in doing the job well
* Basic confidence with payments/phones/text messages
* Ability to manage physical work (lifting linen, making beds, etc.)
* Current driver's licence
Hospitality experience is helpful, but attitude, reliability, excellent communication skills and attention to detail are more important.
