Creative Art Director / Brand Strategist
, you'll take the lead in shaping the creative direction and strategic foundation of brands, guiding both our internal teams and clients toward bold, cohesive, and future-facing solutions. WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a
Creative Art Director / Brand Strategist
, you'll be responsible for leading brand and creative strategy across a diverse range of projects. Your role will include:
* Brand Strategy & Positioning:
Develop brand frameworks, positioning strategies, tone of voice, and messaging systems that clearly articulate the heart of a brand and its market relevance.
* Creative Direction & Leadership:
Own the creative vision for projects, guiding visual language, conceptual direction, and the narrative arc of campaigns and brand identity systems.
* Client Partnership:
Lead brand discovery sessions and stakeholder workshops, translating business goals into creative strategies that align with audience insights and market dynamics.
* Design Oversight:
Direct and collaborate with designers, copywriters, and developers to execute high-caliber visual identities, websites, campaigns, packaging, and marketing collateral.
* Campaign & Experience Design:
Lead the ideation and rollout of brand campaigns—digital and offline—ensuring creative consistency across all touchpoints while maintaining emotional and strategic resonance.
* Presentation & Communication:
Confidently present concepts and strategy to clients and stakeholders, articulating design rationale and strategic thinking with clarity and impact.
* Mentorship & Team Development:
Inspire and mentor junior creatives, fostering a culture of growth, experimentation, and excellence within the team.
* Creative Operations:
Manage timelines, creative workflows, and feedback loops with precision, ensuring all deliverables meet both creative and business expectations.
WHAT YOU'VE DONE
You bring 7+ years of experience in branding, creative direction, or design leadership—building brands that resonate and deliver results. You have a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end brand creation, from foundational strategy to final execution across multiple mediums.
You're proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (and bonus tools like Figma, Webflow, or Notion) and can translate abstract ideas into refined creative output. You thrive on big-picture thinking without losing sight of design detail, and you're adept at balancing creative vision with client and market realities.
