They need a Change Manager who has experience across Payroll Transformation who has a strong experience in communication and who is comfortable in getting down in the detail. This will be a long term engagement.

Payroll Transformation
Hands-on Approach
Communications
Strong stakeholder management
Successfactors/ SAP/ ADP globalview experience
