About You
* Experience as a Finance Broker, Asset/Equipment Broker, or Dealership F&I Manager.
* Strong understanding of asset finance products, lenders, and deal structures.
* Proven ability to manage and convert finance opportunities.
* Confident working autonomously, backed by a national team.
* Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer-first mindset.

* Manage and grow asset finance opportunities across WA.
* Work with dealers, referral partners, and direct clients.
* Structure and submit finance applications with support from our processing team.
* Maintain lender accreditations and compliance obligations.
* Consistently meet or exceed agreed KPIs.
Requirements
* Permanent Australian residency
* Current Australian Driver Licence
* Successful police check
* Finance or dealership F&I experience
