As one of South Australia's largest Hotel Groups, Piermount is enjoying significant growth and is now entering its next phase of expansion. With a portfolio of several well recognised and iconic Hotels and employing over 470 people, an outstanding opportunity has arisen for a Finance Manager to join the business.

Based at their stunning Adelaide Hills headquarters and reporting to the Managing Director, you will oversee the finance and commercial operations across the Group delivering strategic insights, manage financial reporting, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee and manage all aspects of the finance function, including budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
* Deliver process efficiencies through standardisation & automation, championing best practice, and continuous improvements within the business.
* Build and develop Accounting and Finance systems and processes internally.
* Maintain and improve cashflow models.
* Develop and implement financial strategies and budgets for the Group.
* Manage the preparation and analysis of quarterly and monthly financial results.
* Assist with ERP system rollout.
* Ensure compliance with all accounting, fiduciary, and statutory obligations.
* Monitor and assess financial performance against established targets.
* Oversee AR and AP.
* Maintain the integrity and accuracy of all financial data.

Qualifications and Skills:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual with the following qualifications:

* Accounting/Finance tertiary qualifications with experience in both financial and management accounting.
* Hands on with a strong commercial focus.
* Experience with financial and ERP systems.
* Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex financial information.
* Well-developed analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
* Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
