Casual Telemarketer – B2B (Facilities Management)
We are a Melbourne-based commercial cleaning and facilities services provider, working with offices, medical centres, retail sites, and commercial properties across Victoria.
We're looking for an experienced B2B Telemarketer to support our growth by generating qualified appointments for our management team.
About the Role
* Casual position: 2–3 days per week
* Flexible working hours
* Attendance at our Thomastown office is required, this not a work from home role.
* Focus on outbound B2B calls to introduce our services and book appointments
Key Responsibilities
* Cold calling businesses to introduce our company
* Converting calls into qualified appointments (this is critical)
* Researching and sourcing your own call leads (no fixed call list provided)
* Accurately recording call outcomes and appointment details
* Representing our company professionally and confidently over the phone
* Weekly reporting to the Business Development Manager
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 1 year experience in outbound telemarketing or B2B sales
* Proven ability to convert calls into booked appointments
* Confident, clear, and professional phone manner
* Self-motivated and disciplined — able to work independently
* Strong research skills to identify decision-makers
* Experience selling services (not products) highly regarded
