About the Role
Charters Towers Toyota has an exciting opportunity for a Junior Sales and Administration team member to join our growing New Vehicle and Mahindra Sales Departments.
This role is perfect for someone at the start of their career who is eager to learn, enjoys working with people, and is looking for a long-term opportunity in the automotive industry. No prior automotive experience is required as we provide full training, development, and ongoing support.
You will play a key support role within our Sales team, assisting with customer enquiries, sales administration, and day‐to‐day operations, while developing the skills needed to build a successful career with Toyota.

Key Responsibilities
Supporting the Sales team with daily administrative tasks
Assisting with customer enquiries in person, over the phone and via email
Supporting the vehicle sales process by assisting customers through their purchasing journey under the guidance of senior team members
Developing product knowledge and sales capability through structured training and on‐the‐job learning
Maintaining accurate customer and vehicle records
Managing inbound and outbound customer communications
Assisting with vehicle deliveries and handovers
Following dealership processes and standards
Upholding a strong customer‐centric culture
Building positive relationships with customers and team members
Learning product knowledge and sales processes over time
About You
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, reliable, and keen to learn.
You will ideally have:
A friendly and positive attitude with strong people skills
A manual driver's licence (preferable)
A genuine interest in the automotive industry
A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Good organisational and time management skills
Confidence using computers and basic office systems
Professional presentation
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
No experience is required. We will train the right person.
