About the Role
This is a dynamic HR & Payroll Administrator position within our HR team, offering exposure across recruitment, payroll, and training support.
Reporting to the HR Manager, your responsibilities will include:
* Providing backup and support to the HR team
* General administration, records management, and filing
* Scheduling appointments and coordinating HR activities
* Assisting with payroll administration and data collection
* Processing accurate and timely weekly payroll
* Managing changes to team member remuneration, roles, and employment status
* Screening candidates, conducting phone interviews, and occasional face-to-face interviews
* Completing reference checks
* Coordinating onboarding for new starters (HR and payroll)
* Supporting training initiatives and HR updates
* Assisting with training and recruitment activities
