These positions operate on a FIFO (Fly-In Fly-Out) 2/2 roster, offering a great opportunity to balance work and home life! Key Responsibilities: Supervise, guide, and coordinate a team of multi-disciplined rope access technicians Task designation, monitoring performance, and providing support when required Work collaboratively with internal and customer stakeholders Perform site-specific risk assessments Maintain company records in accordance with IRATA requirements Equipment inspections and management Ensure zero harm in the workplace by adhering to all policies, procedures, and statutory requirements. Essential Requirements: Minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role Experience in managing workpacks and project hours Current IRATA Level 3 Certificate Class C Driver's Licence White Card Work Safely at Heights and Confined Spaces certification First aid and CPR Ability to pass a comprehensive medical assessment, including drug and alcohol testing What We Offer: 2:2 FIFO roster, balance work and home life!
