IWC Dental is seeking an experienced Senior Dentist to play a pivotal clinical and leadership role within our busy, well-established, and community-focused dental service.
Located in our purpose-built, state-of-the-art Health and Wellbeing Centre located in the beautiful coastal town of Bundaberg approximately 13 kilometres from Bargara, known for its stunning beaches and coastal attractions.
IWC Dental has been proudly operating since 2014. We are QIP accredited and ADA endorsed, delivering high-quality, culturally safe oral health services to our community.

ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a senior, high-impact clinical role ideal for an experienced Dentist who is ready to step into leadership while maintaining hands-on clinical practice.
You will:
* Provide high-quality dental care to a diverse patient cohort
* Act as a clinical leader and mentor to dentists, graduates, and dental assistants
* Contribute to service development, clinical governance, and continuous quality improvement
* Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary health team, including medical, allied health, and social support services

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Deliver comprehensive, ethical, and patient-centred dental care across a broad scope of practice
* Provide clinical leadership, guidance, and informal supervision to dental staff
* Support graduate and early-career dentists through mentoring and clinical oversight
* Contribute to clinical governance, policy development, and quality improvement initiatives
* Maintain exceptional infection control and clinical safety standards
* Build strong, respectful relationships with staff, stakeholders, and community members
* Promote and role-model a positive, culturally safe, and supportive workplace culture
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Essential:
* Bachelor of Dental Science (or equivalent)
* Current AHPRA registration with no restrictions
* Minimum 5 years + post-graduate clinical experience (senior experience highly regarded)
* Professional Indemnity Insurance
* Strong clinical judgement and advanced decision-making skills
* Current Driver's Licence
