About the role
Radio Gippsland Pty. Ltd. (Forever Classic 3GG) in Warragul is looking for a talented and driven Advertising Sales Executive to take our clients' brands to the next level- and enjoy an uncapped earning potential while you do it.
This full-time role isn't just about selling ads- it's about building relationships, shaping campaigns, helping Gippsland businesses tell their stories to thousands of engaged listeners every day. You'll be out in the community meeting business owners, understanding their goals, crafting creative advertising solutions that deliver real results.
What you'll be doing
* Hunt down new business opportunities across Gippsland and the Latrobe Valley to build a strong sales pipeline
* Presenting and pitching our radio advertising packages to local businesses
* Negotiate and close deals that grow both your income and our client's success
* Providing excellent customer service to existing clients and building lasting relationships
* Maintaining detailed sales records and reporting on your activities
What we're looking for
* Proven experience in an advertising sales or business development role, ideally within the media industry is a big plus.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
* A self-motivated and driven approach to prospecting and closing new business
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail to manage a complex sales pipeline
* A current driver's licence- you'll be travelling across Gippsland daily
