Qualifications
* Data processing or accounting experience highly desirable
* Accurate typing- 45 WPM/10 Key by touch
* MS Word, MS Excel, and Outlook preferred
* Excellent analytical, spelling and grammar skills
* Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy
* Strong communication skills with the ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization.
* Excellent attendance and reliability with the ability to work overtime hours as required. Your Responsibilities could include the following:
* Edit hours reported, including checking all edit/error codes and verifying data entry
* Resolve any data/ report issues directly with the employer
* Data entry of Employer Contribution Reports
* Preparation of billing, and/or credit requests
* Assist in handling billing/credit advice notices and participant inquiries as needed Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Data entry agent come from all different backgrounds including, data entry, telemarketing, customer service, sales, clerical, secretary, management assistant, receptionist, telephone call facility, part-time.
