The Chance
This position is based in Victoria and supports the Neuromodulation Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS) business. Our DBS business includes implantable devices compatible with mobile technology to help people who suffer from movement disorders.
What You'll Do
* Complete Neuromodulation product certification.
* Achieve sales targets and increase market share for assigned territory.
* Actively implement and execute on salesforce effectiveness initiatives to help drive business growth and sales skills development including strategic territory and account planning, customer profiles and sales training.
* Utilise available sales analysis tools to assist in territory planning.
* Develop relationships with and service key customer groups, identify and utilise key customer networks.
* Support implantation and post-operative follow ups of devices within your territory.
Required Qualifications
* Tertiary qualification in Medical, Business Management field or other related field required.
* Sales experience in medical devices preferred.
* High level of communication and ability to build relationships.
* Ability to develop sales solutions that clearly connect to the business needs.
