We're looking for a motivated
Recruitment Consultant
for a
short-term, temporary role
to join a busy commercial labour hire team on-site in Neerabup. This is a hands-on role where you'll manage the full recruitment cycle and make an immediate impact.

Full recruitment cycle exposure, from advertising to placement
Build strong relationships with candidates and clients
Ideal for candidates with previous mining or drill & blast experience
Key Responsibilities
Advertise, screen, interview, and reference-check candidates
Source talent using job boards, social media, and networks
Maintain accurate candidate records and databases
Support candidates throughout the recruitment process
Manage multiple roles, candidates, and clients simultaneously
Negotiate offers and provide coaching to junior staff as required
About You
Recruitment/labour hire experience,
previous mining sector experience highly suited
Energetic, self-motivated, and resilient
Strong communication and customer service skills
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
Confident working on-site in a fast-paced environment
Health & Safety
Follow all workplace health and safety requirements
Use personal protective equipment correctly
Report hazards or incidents promptly
