We're looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant for a short-term, temporary role to join a busy commercial labour hire team on-site in Neerabup. This is a hands-on role where you'll manage the full recruitment cycle and make an immediate impact.

Key Responsibilities
* Advertise, screen, interview, and reference-check candidates
* Source talent using job boards, social media, and networks
* Maintain accurate candidate records and databases
* Support candidates throughout the recruitment process
* Manage multiple roles, candidates, and clients simultaneously
* Negotiate offers and provide coaching to junior staff as required
About You
* Recruitment/labour hire experience, previous mining sector experience highly suited
* Energetic, self-motivated, and resilient
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
* Confident working on-site in a fast-paced environment
