The Role:
At The Townsville Store pick up travel must-haves, local souvenirs, and in‐flight snacks all in one place. The Townsville Store offers a handy selection of convenience items, drinks, magazines, and gift ideas – perfect for a quick shop before boarding.
We're looking for Casual Retail Assistants to join our team at Townsville Airport. If you love customer service, fast‐paced environments, and making shopping fun, this is your chance to shine!
Store operates 4:45am‐10:00pm. Flexible availability across the 7 days AM/PM highly regarded.
What You'll Do:
* Deliver outstanding customer service and expert product recommendations
* Stay ahead of trends with ongoing professional training
* Keep the store looking vibrant and well‐stocked
* Process transactions smoothly and efficiently
* Assist customers with queries in a friendly, professional manner
What We're Looking For:
* Passion for customer service and sales
* Confident communicator with a positive attitude
* Well‐groomed and professionally presented
* Retail experience? Great! But not essential – we'll train you!
* Flexible availability (early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays)
* Valid working rights and ability to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
