Ricarda is seeking an experienced Senior Sales & Operations Assistant to support both the retail floor and daily store operations. This role is ideal for someone confident in sales, stock handling, and digital creativity, who enjoys being hands-on in a premium fashion retail environment.

What You'll Be Doing
* Deliver exceptional, personalised customer service on the retail floor
* Assist with stock creation and inventory management
* Support daily store operations and merchandising
* Create and contribute to Instagram and social media content
* Use retail systems confidently for stock, sales, and administration
* Support the team across varied tasks as needed

What We're Looking For
* Proven retail sales experience (fashion retail essential)
* Experience with stock handling and inventory processes
* Strong computer literacy and confidence using POS systems
* Comfortable creating Instagram content
* Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented
