Account Director Enterprise SaaS | Local Government Accounts AdelaideAn enterprise software provider is seeking an experienced Account Director to manage and grow a portfolio of Local Government customers across South Australia and the Northern Territory.This role focuses on expanding revenue within an established customer base rather than chasing high volumes of new logos. The platform is already widely adopted by councils. The opportunity is to deepen relationships, identify additional capability needs and grow long term commercial partnerships.The role carries a revenue target of approximately $2M, largely driven through renewals, module expansion and cross sell opportunities within existing accounts.For someone who enjoys owning strategic accounts and building trusted relationships in enterprise environments, this is a strong opportunity.The opportunity You will take ownership of a defined portfolio of Local Government accounts and lead the commercial relationship across those organisations.Key responsibilities include:Managing and growing enterprise accounts across SA and NT councilsDeveloping strong relationships with senior stakeholders across councils and government teamsIdentifying opportunities to expand adoption of software modules and servicesLeading renewals, contract expansion and commercial negotiationsBuilding structured account plans aligned to revenue and customer outcomesWorking closely with presales, delivery and bid teams to support customer programmesNavigating complex public sector stakeholder environmentsThis is a relationship led enterprise sales role with long term account ownership and clear revenue responsibility.What we are looking for You will likely bring experience managing complex enterprise software customers and growing revenue within established accounts.Experience may include:Enterprise SaaS or software sales experienceTrack record managing and expanding enterprise customer accountsStrong stakeholder engagement across complex organisationsExperience managing full sales cycles including negotiation and deal closureAbility to operate within structured enterprise sales environmentsWhy this role stands outEstablished enterprise customer portfolioStrategic Local Government accounts across SA and NTClear revenue ownership and growth opportunityWell supported enterprise sales environment with presales and delivery teamsLong term customer relationships rather than transactional salesIf you enjoy owning enterprise customer relationships and driving growth through trusted partnerships, this role offers the chance to build meaningful long term impact within a critical sector.#J-18808-Ljbffr
