* Relevant Australian-recognized trade certificate
* Rio Tinto inductions highly desirable
* Construction White Card
* Work safely at heights within 3 years
* Enter and work in confined spaces within 3 years
* Fire extinguisher training within 4 years
* A strong commitment to safety and quality
* Ability to work unsupervised and within a team environment
* Ability to pass a pre-employment medical
