Join our Coles Relay Team (CRT) on an ongoing, casual basis. You will be responsible for completing various merchandising tasks such as relays/planograms, point of sale set‐up, pricing and ticketing.
About The Role
Territory: NEWCASTLE WEST- Coles Marketown and surrounds including Newcastle Junction, Mayfield, Kotara and Jewellstown.
We are also looking for a support merchandiser in GLENDALE.
Hours: Average of 18‐30 hours per week based on business needs (no guaranteed minimum hrs).
Hours (GLENDALE): Average of 8‐20 hours per week based on business needs (no guaranteed minimum hrs). Flexibility required across Monday to Friday.
Availability: Monday to Friday availability is essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Developing strong relationships with Grocery personnel
* Creating and maintaining quality relays/planograms in stores
* Pricing and ticketing compliance
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
* Submit accurate reporting and upload quality photos via smartphone
* Safely perform the physical requirements, including prolonged standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements.
Successful Candidate Qualifications
* Previous experience in planogram/layouts in grocery/retail environment is highly desirable
* Strong friendly communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail
* Experience working within the Coles Group is highly regarded (not essential)
* Ability to perform the physical & repetitive requirements of the role
