This role combines operational accountability for franchisee, broker, buyer's agent and associate recruitment with strategic responsibility for scaling our network footprint.
You'll oversee both human and AI contributors, drive innovation in candidate and partner experience, and ensure the team delivers measurable growth outcomes.Reporting into the general manager, network development, this is a critical leadership role shaping how we attract, engage, and retain our network of brokers and associates, while embedding AI-driven efficiency and personalisation at every step.
Leadership of the Network Growth team, including network growth specialist, recruiters, coordinators, and recruitment marketing.Human-AI Workflow Development - This involves creating clear guidelines and protocols for how human employees and AI agents will collaborate, work together, and share responsibilities within the network growth team.Ethical Deployment and Compliance - Ensuring that AI tools and agent systems are deployed responsibly, ethically, and in compliance with all relevant labor laws and organisational policies is a critical responsibility.Strategic ownership of network growth planning (geography, segment, and capability expansion).
End-to-end accountability for the recruitment function (from talent attraction to onboarding).
Continuous improvement of candidate experience, leveraging AI for personalisation at scale.Strategic Integration of AI - you will develop and implement strategies for AI-powered human resources, ensuring that the technology supports and enhances the delivery of strategic and people-focused services.Build and oversee the development of AI agents supporting sourcing, outreach, screening, scheduling, analytics, and candidate engagement.Partnering with cross-functional leaders to ensure network growth aligns with group strategy.Qualifications7+ years experience in distribution, recruitment, or network growth leadership roles.Proven capability in scaling recruitment or business development functions.Experience working in tech-driven or AI-augmented environments; ideally with exposure to product thinking or systems-led delivery.Knowledge and experience in franchisee network distribution.Strong track record in people leadership and change management.Deep understanding of the mortgage, finance, or professional services distribution ecosystem.Comfort with designing or working alongside automated workflows and AI-powered tools.Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.A growth mindset, with bias for innovation, measurable outcomes, and iteration.Additional InformationLendi Group teams operate across Australia and the Philippines.
