You'll be hands-on across all facets of day-to-day operations, working with a modern fleet of John Deere and Case machinery. Key Responsibilities Efficient operation and basic maintenance of modern John Deere and Case equipment Supporting the maintenance of irrigation systems, farm channels, and general farming infrastructure. Adherence to strict Workplace Health and Safety standards Implement crop management plans, directly impacting productivity and yields Drive productivity with an eye toward performance bonuses tied to yield targets What You Bring: Our ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a genuine passion for agriculture and machinery, always ready to roll up their sleeves and get the job done.
