Exciting Finance Officer role in a top-tier property firm-diverse tasks, great team, real impact. Your new company A well-established and respected organisation within the construction and infrastructure sector is seeking a Finance Officer to join their finance team.
This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment that supports large-scale, high-impact projects across the region. Your new role Processing high volumes of supplier invoices and ensuring timely payments.
Reconciling vendor statements and assisting with end-of-month processes. Managing corporate credit card expenditure and daily bank statement downloads. Handling internal transfers and managing the accounts inbox.
Supporting accounts receivable tasks including receipting, invoicing, and stakeholder liaison. Performing imports/exports between accounting and property systems. Providing backup support across finance functions and reception as required.
What you'll need to succeed Ability to obtain an Australian Security Clearance. Strong experience in Accounts Payable.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to changing priorities.
