We're partnering with a fast-scaling consumer business to hire a Strategy Manager into a high-performing team working closely with an ex top tier leader.
Operating with the pace and autonomy of a standalone business, but backed by strong investment and scale, this is a role that offers a compelling balance of ownership and platform - think portco-style environment with the backing to deliver on ambitious growth plans.
Role & Responsibilities:
This is a hands‐on strategy role at the centre of the business, focused on solving complex, commercially meaningful problems that directly influence growth and performance.
You will work closely with senior leadership to shape strategic direction, whilst also playing a key role in execution, ensuring ideas translate into real outcomes.
* Structuring and solving complex business problems, developing strategies that deliver tangible results
* Leading key workstreams across major strategic initiatives
* Translating analysis into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders
* Supporting the design and delivery of growth, customer and commercial strategies
* Working closely with leadership to influence decision‐making and drive alignment
* Contributing to a high‐performance team culture, including mentoring junior team members
You'll bring a strong foundation in structured problem solving and thrive in fast‐paced, high‐impact environments.
We're particularly interested in candidates with:
* 2+ years' experience in strategy/management consulting McKinsey, Bain, BCG or the likes of LEK, Oliver Wyman.
* A proven ability to break down complex problems and deliver clear, commercially grounded recommendations.
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills and confidence operating with senior leaders.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* A proactive, ownership mindset and desire to drive outcomes.
