Our clietn are a long established company, and now looking to add a part-time Administration Assistant to their team.
**Duties will include**
- Check online bank statements daily, both business & internet accounts
- Process any direct deposits of account customers from bank statement
- Process any cash or cheques daily, to be banked on Monday & Thursday
- Enter account customer invoices into Attache
- Process supplier payments to be paid by EFT
- Answer telephone enquiries when necessary
- Update COD customer list
- Process any customer credits
- Balance customer invoices & payments to Attache
- Prepare & mail out customer EOM statements
**Experience Required**
- Good administrative skills and detail to attention
- Good computer skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Experience with computerized software package Attache/Access preferable but not essential
**Hours**:
Monday to Thursday 10am to 2pm initially, but may be negotiated after probation period.
