Associate Store Leader
Location: Tweed Heads, NSW (Lismore City Council). Salary: AUD 58,000 – 70,000. Full‐time.
Responsibilities
* Lead day‐to‐day store operations and customer service
* Support inventory, merchandising and store presentation
* Maintain high levels of safety and food safety
* Help drive store performance and implement promotions
* Step up in the absence of the Store Manager
Requirements
* Retail or hospitality experience
* A passion for leading and supporting teams
* Strong communication and a proactive mindset
* The desire to take the next step into leadership

Compensation: $29.51 per hour, plus 12% superannuation and penalty rates.
