* Key responsibilities include designing, implementing, and monitoring programs that facilitate injured employees' safe return to their roles.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
1. Conducting thorough assessments of workplaces, employee capabilities, workspace design, tools, and homes to pinpoint obstacles preventing workers from returning to work safely.
2. Maintaining close communication with clients, insurance companies, doctors, and employers to develop solutions that cater to all parties involved.
3. Crafting and executing strategies to assist employees who have been injured or become ill while working to transition back to their duties efficiently and securely.
