What do we do?
The PerfectGym platform is a fully integrated business management system that includes club management, end to end member management; including mobile app offering, point of sale solutions, marketing automation, seamless direct debiting, online bookings, courses, swim school, facility bookings, access control and much more.
Our software is built on best-in-class industry frameworks in addition to modern front end technologies. The PerfectGym platform is designed as a complete solution with the capacity to service large government leisure facilities, multi-location enterprise fitness chains, as well as premium standalone facilities.
About the position:
We are looking for a person with a wide range of abilities to join our team. This role will encompass all implementation/onboarding activities for our customers.
You will have the opportunity to work with different customers, systems and requirements. This is an exciting and varied position will include (but is not limited to):
* Supporting customer onboarding after sale and driving to the milestone and go-live timeline
* Gathering business requirements and configuration needs
* Supporting data migration, integration and system setup
* Translating customer processes into software workflows
* Supporting the training of customers
* Managing issues, escalations, and escalating delivery risks
* Meeting with clients online and in person

Your personal qualities and ability to interact with the other staff and customers are just as important as your technical skills. The following attributes, experience and skills are essential.
* Knowledge or experience in the Fitness, Aquatic and Leisure Industry
* Past experience in a SaaS base business desirable
* Past experience in an implementation / onboarding and/or customer service role
* A strong work ethic and a customer-first mentality
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders
* Good problem-solving abilities
* Attention to detail \"near enough\" is NOT good enough
* A logical and organised manner
* Ability to manage customer expectations
* Ability to work independently with limited supervision
