Job Title: CRM Manager Location: Sydney We are seeking a commercially focused Lifecycle & CRM Manager to own end-to-end retention marketing across email, SMS and push channels. This role is responsible for driving customer lifetime value, retention and revenue through data-led lifecycle strategies in a fast-paced eCommerce environment. Responsibilities Own lifecycle strategy across email (Klaviyo), SMS, push, loyalty, referral and reviews programmes. Build and execute campaigns and automated flows, including segmentation, testing and optimisation. Manage lifecycle calendar aligned to product launches, promotions and trading cycles. Drive loyalty, referral and UGC programmes to increase repeat purchase and engagement. Analyse performance data, delivering insights, reporting and continuous optimisation. Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, eCommerce and Creative teams to align messaging. Qualifications 5 years’ experience in CRM, lifecycle or retention marketing within eCommerce or DTC. Advanced expertise in Klaviyo, including flows, segmentation, testing and deliverability. Strong experience in SMS and push marketing platforms (e.g. Tapcart). Proven ability to drive revenue, retention and LTV through data-led strategies. Strong analytical, organisational and copywriting skills.
