Responsibilities
* Recruit new partnerships, focusing on expanding tech and reseller relationships.
* Collaborate with Enterprise and Commercial sales teams to drive business performance, measured by new bookings, expansion bookings, and customer acquisitions with partners.
* Accelerate opportunity velocity with sales teams and partners.
* Evangelise SI partner and technology alliance capabilities, articulating partner value propositions to foster proactive engagement.
* Develop and execute a regional go‑to‑market strategy building on existing partner initiatives.
* Partner with regional field and channel marketing teams to fund partner‑led campaigns and demonstrate return on marketing investment.
* Act as day‑to‑day liaison between existing partners and Zendesk sales, developing market initiatives to drive incremental revenue.
Qualifications
* 10+ years of partner channel development, sales, business development, or alliance management experience.
* Experience working with regional resellers, BPO consultancies, and technology companies.
* Strong executive presence and excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Deep understanding of Zendesk solutions' customer value proposition and best practices for partners to monetize services.
* Tech‑savvy with a strong grasp of technology trends.
* Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment and willing to tackle day‑to‑day business challenges.
* Proven ability to build relationships across internal sales teams.
* Experience presenting partner programs to prospects and partners.
* Demonstrated quota‑bearing performance.
Fully Flexible
In this role, you'll work primarily remotely or from the Melbourne office with the support of a dynamic and caring team. We'll provide you with the digital tools and experiences to collaborate—whether virtually or in person. You'll also have the flexibility to join us at a Zendesk workspace, any of our Zendesk offices, or our flex‑office spaces, and to connect, collaborate, learn, or celebrate in person on occasion.
