Regional Digital Content Strategist
The role of a Regional Digital Content Strategist involves leading content strategy and execution across Southeast Asia/Global. This position entails managing a multicultural team, driving high-impact content across digital channels, and ensuring consistent brand messaging. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership skills, experience in regional content development, and the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and Localize Content Strategies: Create content strategies for different regions in alignment with business objectives.
* Manage Editorial Calendars: Develop and manage editorial calendars for multichannel distribution (social media, blogs, videos, campaigns).
Content Production & Execution
• Lead the development of multimedia content tailored for diverse audiences.
• Ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging across all digital content.
• Work closely with designers, videographers, and copywriters to produce high-quality assets.
Project & Team Management
• Manage regional content teams, freelancers, and external partners.
• Foster collaboration across internal departments such as branding, product, and growth.
• Oversee timelines, approvals, and delivery for all content projects.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with marketing, social media, and product teams to align messaging and campaign goals.
• Leverage insights from performance metrics to optimize content strategy.
Stakeholder Engagement
• Build relationships with influencers, creators, and key opinion leaders across regions.
• Ensure content aligns with legal, compliance, and regional cultural expectations.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media Studies, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Fluency in English & additional language e.g. French
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in digital content or marketing, with proven experience executing regional content strategies across Southeast Asia (SEA) or Global.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage cross-border teams.
• Strong project management and organizational skills; able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Ability to use data and content performance metrics to refine strategy, optimize engagement, and align content output with business goals.
