Senior Executive and Business Support Officer — Full-time ongoing position based at our Little Collins Street office.
* Annual salary is $100,790-$111,369 + 12% super

About the role:
If successful, you will provide high-level executive assistance to the CEO and senior leadership team, while also delivering business support functions across governance, reporting, project coordination, and organisational administration. You will ensure effective executive operations, contribute to corporate priorities, and support the smooth delivery of business outcomes.
To be considered for this role, you will be able to demonstrate the following key selection criteria:
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in executive assistant and/or business support roles
* Experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder organisations and working with business systems.
* Demonstrated ability to provide high-level administrative support and senior executive assistance
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands and meet deadlines
* Strong initiative, judgment, and problem-solving skills
* High-level interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including drafting and editing of complex documents
* Proven experience in supporting governance, business planning, and project coordination
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and corporate systems
