We are a small team, but we are a great team. You will work alongside two Road Traffic Manager (RTM) accredited planners who are willing and waiting to share their skill sets with you. MB Traffic Planning has many current contracts in place and within this role there are opportunities to not only be behind the desk designing, but opportunities to travel for work with many projects around the different regions of beautiful Western Australia.

Duties will include but not be limited to:
Conduct thorough site inspections for the design of quality Traffic Management Plans.
Develop Traffic Management Plans & Traffic Guidance Schemes to comply with the relevant Codes, Guidelines and Standards.
Provide a start to finish service, ensuring the developed plan works for our client throughout their project, or amending the plan to suit the dynamic environment of a project.
Perform traffic flow and detour analysis, hazard identification, and risk analysis and provide recommendations to be sent to clients.
Ensure all relevant permits are obtained and forwarded to clients within the allocated timelines.
Cooperating and coordinating with other Planners where required to ensure all work is completed promptly.
Review Traffic Management Plans & Traffic Guidance Schemes for other Planners to ensure a high level of quality to all plans.
Required Skills & Qualities:
Current WA Driver's License.
Must reside in Western Australia and be permitted to undertake paid work within WA.
Excellent time management & organizational skills, built on a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, etc).
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication Skills (both written and verbal).
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and autonomously.
Proactive approach to task management.
Enthusiastic, reliable, and willing to work outside of office hours if required.
