About This Role
As a Client Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our clients throughout their entire investment journey.
This is an exceptional opportunity to work closely with the Managing Director and Partner, utilizing your expertise to guide clients through acquisition, advisory, and client management workflows.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Supporting the Managing Director and Partner across various business operations.
* Attending client strategy sessions and managing the client experience end-to-end.
* Preparing offers, liaising with sales agents, and communicating updates to clients.
* Coordinating with the research team on market analysis and property strategy.
* Assessing and filtering investment opportunities for presentation to senior stakeholders.
* Monitoring market trends and analyzing property data to inform recommendations.
* Building strong relationships with sales agents to access off-market and pre-market opportunities.
* Liaising with external partners, including solicitors, mortgage brokers, financial planners, and accountants.
* Collaborating with the acquisitions and contract management team for seamless transaction execution.
* Managing CRM entries, client engagement workflows, and internal systems.
* Providing post-settlement follow-up and client service support.
