We are currently looking for a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team as a Plasterer. Key Responsibilities and Tasks Apply coats of plaster to walls, ceilings, and partitions to form fire-resistant and decorative surfaces. Mix plaster to the right consistency using hand or mechanical tools. Apply and smooth plaster using trowels, brushes, or spray guns. Create decorative textures and finishes as required. Repair existing plasterwork and maintain surface finishes to a high standard. Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to determine job requirements. Collaborate with other tradespeople and ensure timely project delivery. Knowledge of different plastering techniques and materials. The ability to work as part of a team sometimes outdoors in harsh weather conditions. Knowledge of material purchasing processes is beneficial.
