You will drive sales, foster long term relationships with clients, and share your expertise on sophisticated timepieces. Key Responsibilities: Provide outstanding customer service by engaging clients, understanding their needs, and offering expert advice on timepieces Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and loyalty Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive sales techniques and in depth product knowledge Educate clients on the features, benefits, and craftsmanship of luxury timepieces Maintain high standards of boutique presentation, ensuring the space is clean, organised, and aligned with brand guidelines Work collaboratively with the boutique team to create an exceptional, luxury shopping experience for every customer Key Skills & Experience: Immaculately presented with a keen eye for detail Proven retail sales experience, particularly in luxury goods or high end products Strong passion for sales, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and creating memorable client experiences Excellent communication skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport with clients Interest in luxury timepieces or the willingness to learn about sophisticated, technical products Experience in the luxury sector is highly desirable; knowledge of watches is a plus Full availability through Monday-Sunday during operating hours Why Apply?
