Job Title: ACCCN QLD ALS & Education Coordinator
Location: Queensland (Virtual Office / Intrastate Travel)
About the Role: The ACCCN QLD ALS & Education Coordinator plays a pivotal role in advancing critical care education across Queensland. This position is responsible for leading, delivering, and evaluating ACCCN Adult and Paediatric Advanced Life Support (ALS) programs, supporting instructors, and coordinating state-based educational events. The role offers flexibility through a virtual office environment, with opportunities for intrastate travel and occasional work outside standard business hours.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and deliver ACCCN Adult and Paediatric ALS and Instructor courses, ensuring compliance with nationally recognised certification standards.
* Provide expert advice and support to internal and external stakeholders on ALS programs.
* Support a cohort of contracted ALS instructors.
* Maintain ACCCN QLD's inventory of ALS training equipment.
* Promote ACCCN ALS licence agreements during courses, events, and statewide forums.
* Assist healthcare organisations in implementing ALS licences in collaboration with National Office.
* Communicate effectively with the ACCCN QLD Branch and National Office, attending meetings and providing reports as required.
* Contribute to ongoing review and development of the ACCCN ALS curriculum.
* Participate in annual budget reviews with the QLD Committee.
* Coordinate event logistics, including venues and onsite support.
* Assist with promotion and advertising of educational events.
* Work collaboratively with stakeholders and uphold the highest standards of professionalism.
Reporting: This role reports on program priorities to the ACCCN QLD Branch via the State President and is ultimately accountable to the National Operations Manager of ACCCN Ltd.
