**Your new role**
The key deliverables of the Program Co-Ordinator are:
- Working alongside with stakeholders/vendors 
- Working on several projects supporting 3-4 PM's ensuring fortnightly/monthly reports are completed, budgets/Actuals are meet within milestones. 
- Providing support with running and coordinating workshops 
- Working with clients to ensure projects are delivered on time 
- Keeping track of invoicing/forecasting /budgeting in order of project completions 
- Scheduling meetings with vendors /stakeholders 
- Scheduling resources - referencing SOW 
- Maintenance of RAID register 
- Managed & Engaged with IT team/engineers /solution Architects in order of projects status updates were meet within milestones. 
- Ensuring timesheets are submitted on time 
- Attending meetings, recording of minutes and follow up on action items completion 
- Experience using PPM Tool (financials) 
- EOM invoicing follow-up and documentation 
- Review and maintain proposed Project variations
**What you'll need to succeed** 
- Conduct planning and development activities and coordinate the implementation and delivery of projects. Utilise appropriate control tools and mechanisms to ensure project outcomes are achieved. 
- Coordinate program activity to ensure compliance to project guidelines and monitor and provide regular reports on project progress. 
- Develop and maintain document control and reporting procedures for senior management and project teams in relation to reporting, plans, budgets, and risks. 
- Develop specifications, standards and policy related to projects. 
- Liaise with senior management and other key stakeholders as appropriate (both internal and external) on policy and program development and implementation issues associated with the project and initiatives 
- Actively identify emerging pressures and possible issues and initiate risk management. Coordinate the resolution of any such matters in consultation with senior management and project managers. 
- Develop and deliver educational and promotional materials and activities to promote the program and its implementation 
- Provide oversight and coordinate the work of project team members where required 
- Administer the project budget and maintain accurate financial records and report on the requirements and progress of the projects. Liaise with project teams to conduct regular forecasting and expenditure analysis. 
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships and co-operation with other project stakeholders.
