About the role
Permanent full time opportunity to responsible for the management, coordination, and delivery of specialised health programs through the Better Together Health Van (BTHV).
About you
Manage the operations of the BTHV, ensuring the effective delivery of health services to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities across Brisbane North and other locations based on need.
Develop operational program plans, identify performance indicators, monitor health programs, and establish evaluation process for health services provided through the BTHV.
Ensure the efficient allocation and management of resources, staffing and logistics to delivery health programs effectively.
Coordinate and deliver culturally safe, holistic health care services that are responsive to the cultural, spiritual, emotional, and physical needs of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
Provide direct clinical services, including intake assessments, health checks, immunisations, and opportunistic screening for preventable diseases.
