Guest Relations Officer
We are seeking a Guest Relations Officer to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role will cover one weekend a fortnight and will be based out of our Reception building.

Our Guest Relations team are the first point of contact when guest groups arrive on site. We bridge the gap between what our customers want to get out of their stay and their actual experience.
Your Contribution
* Be the friendly first point of contact for guests, ensuring every interaction is welcoming and professional
* Support daily site operations, including reception, bookings, and group logistics detailing arrivals, schedules, allocations of guests and departures)
* Communicate clearly with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver smooth, coordinated experiences
* Handle guest enquiries and concerns with confidence and care
* Assist with setting up and maintaining site facilities, including audio-visual equipment
* Keep things running behind the scenes - from stock rotation to equipment upkeep
The Essentials
* We're looking for someone who brings warmth, initiative and a strong sense of service to our Guest Relations team. You will have;
* A natural flair for customer service and a collaborative, team-first mindset
* Clear, confident communication skills - both written and verbal
* The ability to stay calm, organised and detail-focused when things get busy
* Comfortable using technology and learning new systems
* A proactive, can-do attitude with a friendly and approachable style
* A valid Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain one), and a C class driver's licence with access to your own transport
