Speech Pathology Role

This position involves providing clinical services to individuals with various presentations, diagnoses, and disability types. As a Speech Pathologist, you will work across early intervention, school age, adolescent, and adult services.

The type of assessments and interventions may include communication assessments, swallowing and paediatric feeding (dysphagia) assessments, mealtime management plan development and reviews, augmentative and alternative communication assessments, and ongoing therapy.

You will work in various environments, including family homes, disability group homes, day programs, schools, preschools, community settings, telehealth, and offices. You will have access to administration and IT support, high quality and validated Speech Pathology assessment tools, online resource subscriptions, internal and external professional development opportunities, and the opportunity for clinical specialisation and career progression.

Requirements

1. Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology
2. Registration or ability to become registered with the relevant professional association
3. A car and driver's licence
4. A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or ability to acquire one
