About the Job:
* No after-hours responsibilities or on-call shifts required.
* Competitive working hours: Monday to Wednesday 8:00am – 5:00pm; Thursday and Friday 7:00am – 3:00pm.
* Proficiency in Medical Director and Pracsoft software is beneficial for this position.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting health checks, creating care plans, and performing cervical smears.
* There are opportunities for occasional nursing home visits and home visits.
This role offers a steady workload with dedicated Indigenous health workers and allied health specialists who focus on chronic disease management (CDM) and comprehensive patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
