Role
This is a part‐time position (3 days per week), with flexibility on how the hours are structured, whether that's three full days or a mix of full and half days to suit your schedule.
Key Responsibilities
* End‐to‐end payroll processing, including monthly and occasional off‐cycle runs
* Managing superannuation, payroll tax, and statutory contributions
* Supporting annual processes such as bonus cycles and salary reviews
* Working closely with HR on employment contracts, salary adjustments, and policy updates
* Acting as a key point of contact for payroll and HR‐related queries
* Maintaining and updating internal HR systems and portals (including SuccessFactors and internal platforms)
* Assisting with global HR initiatives and reporting requirements
* Ensuring data accuracy and maintaining a high level of attention to detail
About You
* Proven experience in end‐to‐end payroll processing
* Strong understanding of payroll legislation, super, and payroll tax
* Experience with systems such as SuccessFactors (or similar HRIS)
* Comfortable supporting HR administration alongside payroll duties
* High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
* Confident communicator, able to liaise across teams
