Job Title
A skilled Horticulturalist is required to maintain and present open spaces, sportsgrounds, playgrounds, and botanical gardens.
* Trade qualifications in horticulture or a related field are essential.
* Demonstrated experience in park maintenance and infrastructure management is required.
* The ability to plan, coordinate resources, and undertake best practice horticultural maintenance activities is crucial.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
* Current certifications in chemical handling and construction work are mandatory.
This is a 70 hour fortnight position with access to Council's 9 day fortnight rostered day off arrangement.
You will be based at Auburn Botanic Gardens, with occasional travel required across Council worksites.
