Head Booksellers lead and motivate a passionate team through their leadership and communication skills, are results driven, with a passion for reading and the ability to share this passion with our customers.
Head Booksellers work a full-time fixed roster: Tuesday to Saturday hours per week.
In your new role you will:
* Champion and coach the sales team to consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs.
* Lead by example to develop and maintain a customer focused team who deliver exceptional customer service.
* Maintain stock integrity with guidance from the buying and operations teams.
* Present a visually appealing store in line with merchandising guides and promotional instruction.
* Maintain strong communication and working relationships with operations departments and teams.
* Champion a one-team culture which puts our teams and customers health, safety and well-being first.
