This well-known architecture practice is seeking a candidate experienced in documenting and delivering large-scale, complex Education Sector projects. The successful candidate will be a confident communicator with a keen eye for design, knowledge of construction detailing, and professional client management skills, gained from working on Education sector projects. A minimum of 3 years' experience in practice is required. The responsibilities include: Prepare high-quality architectural documentation, detailed designs, renders, and presentations for large Education sector projects using Autodesk Revit and other design software. Assisting in the preparation of project documentation, including reports, presentations, and proposals. Produce project documentation in line with policies and standards Apply strong technical knowledge to recommend solutions that drive continuous improvement across project stages Build and maintain effective relationships with clients, consultants, and internal teams Apply sound architectural principles, codes, and regulations. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE. 5 years post-graduate bachelor's degree or equivalent drafting qualification 3 years’ experience gained from working in an Architectural practice. Proficient use of Enscape is essential Demonstrated recent experience designing and documenting large-scale Education Sector projects Working knowledge of design principles, construction methods, building materials, and relevant codes and standards Intermediate Adobe, Microsoft, AMS, New Forma, and 3D tools Advanced proficiency in Revit skills Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills Excellent time management and organisation, able to work autonomously while contributing effectively to team outcomes Collaborative team player who supports junior staff and is committed to ongoing learning, development, and mentoring HOW TO APPLY.
