* Preparing repair orders and invoices
* Managing warranty bookings efficiently
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years previous experience in a similar role or as a Service Advisor
* Outstanding customer service and communication skills
* Proficiency in using multiple software applications
* Confidence dealing with diverse customer types
* Able to work effectively within a fast-paced team environment
