Jubilee Community Care is a not-for-profit community aged care service provider, located in Indooroopilly. We provide in home care and support services for elderly clients to assist with their independence in living in their own home.

Following a period of significant change, a new leadership team is being formed to take the organisation forward, while ensuring we continue to provide personalised, quality care. This role will work closely with our Client Services Manager which is also currently being recruited.
About the role
As our Care Manager, you will lead the Care Services team to provide clinical support for our clients. A snapshot of some of the activities you will be accountable for includes:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and carers, ensuring services are responsive to individual needs
* Manage a small case load and ensure the team are supported in their case management
* Promote best practice, person-centred care, incorporating client feedback and preferences
* Ensure our service delivery is in line with legislative and quality standards
* Manage client issues, incidents and feedback, identifying areas for improvement
Above all, you'll build trusting relationships and make a genuine difference in people's lives.
About you
* Current Queensland nursing registration
* 3–5 years’ experience in a similar leadership role within community aged care
* Strong knowledge of aged care legislation, regulations, and funding models, particularly Support at Home
* Demonstrated understanding and application of Aged Care Quality Standards and quality care principles
* Highly developed interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to manage, support, and develop your team
* Strong organisational, relationship management, and influencing skills
