Job Title: Night Shift Care Assistants
We are seeking experienced and compassionate care assistants to join our supportive team for night shifts in a residential aged care environment.
About the Role:
In this role, you will provide exceptional care to residents with a focus on individualised support and empowerment. You will work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and services that cater to the diverse needs of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing holistic care to residents including personal care, medication management, and clinical procedures
* Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualised care plans
* Maintaining accurate records and reporting any changes or concerns to the team
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will possess the following skills and qualifications:
* Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent)
* Previous experience in Residential Aged Care is highly regarded
* A compassionate and empathetic approach to care with strong communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve desired outcomes
