About the Opportunity
Fidelity is seeking a seasoned professional to lead its events programme, delivering best-in-class experiences for a diverse range of clients. This key role will oversee the logistical delivery of UK events, shaping the agenda and ensuring innovative and engaging client experiences.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead a team of three specialist events managers, coordinating their resource as needed to deliver the UK events programme
* Develop and support the team to achieve their potential, implementing individual development plans and goals
* Collaborate with channel marketers and senior business stakeholders to agree on plans, objectives, and measures of success for the events programme
* Maintain accurate management information and reporting to evaluate the effectiveness of events spend
* Build constructive relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the UK businesses, including Sales, Marketing, Investment Directing, and Portfolio Management
* Design and develop the event proposition for proprietary programmes, including positioning, agenda, speaker briefs, and content review and approval
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement to evolve a contemporary and best-in-class events experience

Required Skills and Qualifications
This role requires strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to take personal responsibility for managing large-scale events programmes. The ideal candidate will have technical knowledge of investments and client needs, with experience of corporate events management.
