Premier Joinery Production company in Lane Cove West, specialising in high-end residential and commercial joinery/fitouts, is seeking an experienced CNC Operator, who has a passion for excellence.
Responsibilities
* Have a minimum of 2 years experience operating a CNC machine and Edge Bander.
* Interact on a daily basis with the Factory Foreman and Design team.
* Work with the designers on drawings and specifications to determine materials required and dimensions.
* Prepare layouts of materials prior to cutting.
* Perform routine maintenance on the machine.
* Materials handling.
* Drive a forklift (training provided if necessary).
Qualifications
* Have a minimum of 2 years experience operating a CNC, preferably a Biesse Rover A.
* Commitment to excellence and a sense of urgency.
* Be a team player.
* Be a problem solver.
* Have a safety conscience.
* Be able to supply recent work references.
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
Schedule: 8 hour shift
Supplemental pay types: Overtime pay
Ability to commute/relocate: Lane Cove West, NSW 2066 (Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work – preferred)
Experience: CNC: 3 years (required)
Work Authorisation: Australia (preferred)
